Chartway Federal Credit Union completed a 3,200 square foot build-to-suit project in the Eden Way Business Center in Chesapeake. The construction was handled by Mid Eastern Builders, Inc. (MEB). The branch is a freestanding building that provides drive through access for customers. The property was purchased to relocate an existing credit union branch in Chesapeake to the Greenbrier area to better serve its customers. Advantis Real Estate Services Company negotiated the sale of the .637-acre parcel at the corner of Eden Way and Stephanie Way in the Eden Way Business Center in Chesapeake. David Machupa represented the buyer, Chartway Federal Credit Union and Bill Overman represented the seller, CAE, LLC, both agents are with Advantis’ Norfolk office.
