Chesapeake – MEB General Contractors has been selected for construction of the Virginia Zoo’s $16.5 million “Asia –Trail of the Tiger” exhibit. The project is located near the Zoo entrance & Compass Rose Plaza and will include ponds, streams, rockwork walls, timber poles, bamboo pavilions, boardwalks and new animal exhibits for Sumatran tigers, tapirs, sun bears, orangutans, gibbons, siamangs and otters.
