Built for the United States Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Lee in Virginia, this project is an addition to an existing four story office wing. The 90,000 SF addition includes a four story office addition, a two story warehouse/storage facility and a single story multi-purpose area along with all related site development. The foundations consist of auger cast grout piles, pile caps and grade beams. The buildings structural system consists of a steel frame with a combination of precast concrete wall panels and glass. The new sitework consists of storm drainage, new parking lots, new detention basin and a subsurface storm water detention system.
