LEED certifiable construction of two elevated wood and steel framed buildings of approximately 19,800 SF for administrative, education, research, and lab areas, supported on wood piles with concrete grade beams and concrete/steel columns. The facility will utilize ground water as a heat sink for a heat pump HVAC system, as well as constructed wetlands for sewage treatment.
