The construction of a new major exhibit at the Norfolk Zoological Park covering 4 acres. The project includes naturalistic animal enclosures, multi-tiered structural timber pavilions and pagodas, special viewing areas, themed structures, boardwalks and elements. Also included are multiple water features, naturalistic concrete ponds, streams, and rockwork wall formations, night house structures, extensive earthwork, drainage systems, landscaping, paving, lighting, and other site improvements.
